How much do you charge for tuition per hour?
At West London Tuition we charge £25 per hour. This includes an hour of tuition plus follow up on Zoom if needed plus your work will be marked by us and you will be given feedback. We also charge £25 for workshops in the holiday and verbal and non-verbal reasoning tuition.
How do I pay?
You will be sent the bank details and we would ask that you pay for the term in the first week back.
Trial children are given two weeks grace.
Are you teachers qualified?
Yes, all our teachers are qualified, hold QTS, a DBS and are very experienced.
All teachers here have ten to twenty years’ experience.
What days do you teach?
We teach Monday to Thursday after school at 4:15 and 5:30.
Do you teach on Zoom or face to face?
We teach over forty lessons a week, half are face to face at my house in Ealing and half are on Zoom.
Do you do interview preparation?
Yes, we do. This is led by Anne who was lead for drama in a prep school. Anne has prepared hundreds of children for interviews over the years. It takes one hour, and you will be given an interview pack.
Alternatively, you can have a zoom preparation for thirty minutes plus the interview pack.
The cost is £60 for an hour, or £30 for half an hour. It is all 1:1 with a parent.
Can I do a trial at West London Tutoring?
Yes, you can do a 2-week trial.
What is Right on track?
Right on Track are our tuition books which teach at the national curriculum level, so they are for catch up or support children.
They are used by franchise tutors external to West London Tutoring.
Does West London Tutoring undertake catch up?
West London Tutoring no longer teaches catch up, we only undertake 11 Plus level tuition.
